How do I receive warranty service for my AudioControl product?

In the rare event your AudioControl product requires service you need to do the following:

Package the product up carefully.  Ideally you use the packaging the unit came in, but in all cases use packing material if necessary. The folks that operate “brown trucks” are occasionally rough on packages.
Write/type/scrawl a note that describes the problem(s) you are encountering.  Please also include your name, address, and phone number, especially if you want us to send it back to you.
Ship it freight pre-paid to the address below:
