The Maestro home theater processor is the nerve center of the AudioControl home theater system. It is a simple to use theater processor able to handle the most complex switching and processing. The Maestro home theater processor surpasses stringent THX Ultra 2 specifications, supports multiple surround formats, and can be controlled by external interfaces via an RS-232 port. Recognizing the important role a pre-amp processor plays in video routing, the Maestro home theater processor is capable of passing 300 MHz of bandwidth; twice the bandwidth required for 1080 progressive HD signals. The Maestro home theater processor can also be flash-programmed to process new home theater surround formats.
