Making Music and Movies – Director of Operations
The Director of Operations role will manage all areas of manufacturing, production, production support, procurement and related services to achieve timely production of AudioControl’s audio and video products. The role will focus on ensuring the highest standard of product manufacturing and operations right across the AudioControl business to deliver on the strategic growth plans of the company.
This key member of the AudioControl leadership team will be responsible for leading a team capable of meeting current and future manufacturing and production requirements. The role will be responsible for ensuring that we meet the high standards of quality control and product specification that our customers enjoy today, and delivering on the strong reputation AudioControl enjoys in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a leadership role in electrical manufacturing with a focus on audio circuitry and video. They should be experienced in Lean Six Sigma methods (or similar approaches such as 5S) with hands on experience in change management. They should possess a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Global Procurement, Maintenance, Transportation, Packaging, Customer Service, Health & Safety, P&L and budget management as related to manufacturing operations.

Music and Movies - Test Technician, Audio/Video Manufacturing
We still make it here in the USA, Mountlake Terrace to be exact. AudioControl,
established 1977, is looking to add a technician to our long tenured factory staff.
You should be conversant with audio circuitry and comfortable with video. While
most of what we produce has analog circuitry, almost all products also have digital
