Which should I use - CAT 5 or CAT 6?
CAT-6 is recommended. What do you do when you have only one Cat-5 and one Cat-6? Use the Cat-6 on "Video" and the Cat-5 on "DDC" for best results. CAT-5 will work as well but it may reduce the length that you can run an HDMI signal.
